Usually, it comes down to thermal variance.&#xA;Here is the real culprit: generic replacement lamps. Most of them don&amp;rsquo;t actually match the original OEM power curve. It’s a headache.&#xA;By keeping the wattage identical across every single lamp in the bank, the heat profile stays flat. Everything just works the way it should.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nitty-gritty on the build&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass because it can handle the shock of rapid &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;heating&lt;/a&gt; and cooling without cracking.&#xA;We also obsess over the connectors—usually R7s or SK15. Why? Because if a lamp doesn&amp;rsquo;t seat &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;perfectly&lt;/a&gt; in the &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;socket&lt;/a&gt;, you get arcing. This makes sure the heat actually penetrates the PET instead of just warming up the oven walls.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A quick reality check for the shop floor&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These lamps are designed to push a lot of heat to keep your line moving fast. But there&amp;rsquo;s a catch.&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re running these tubes at their max rated wattage, your cooling blowers are working overtime. If your ventilation is clogged with dust or grime, these lamps will burn out—doesn&amp;rsquo;t matter who made them.&#xA;Do yourself a favor: keep your reflectors sparkling clean and your cooling fans clear. That&amp;rsquo;s the only way you&amp;rsquo;re going to get the full lifespan out of the quartz.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
