The details that make the difference
Installation is straightforward, but the heating window is sensitive. Verify lamp length, end-cap type, and mounting hardware against your blow molder model, and make sure reflectors are clean and aligned. Confirm the 400V supply is balanced and within tolerance, and use a pyrometer to tune the setpoint instead of leaning on estimates. Expect a short ramp-up period for the quartz to stabilize; once it does, run the same profile and watch scrap and downtime trend down.
